Coastal Conference Draws Key Officials, Industry Players

Nossaman's second annual California Coastal Law Conference was highlighted in the Daily Journal's Community News section.  The Daily Journal mentioned that the event, held on October 8, 2013 at the Lodge at Torrey Pines, featured members and key staff of the Coastal Commission alongside various industry experts.  During the program, Jennifer Lucchesi, Executive Officer of the California State Lands Commission, and Charles Lester, Executive Director of the California Coastal Commission, provided an overview of the latest coastal developments.  Panelists also discussed best practices for navigating the coastal process, hot topics in coastal planning, recent and landmark coastal development cases, and issues pertaining to climate change, sea level rise, and shoreline protective devices.    

The Daily Journal also featured a photo of some of the conference panelists.
