Commercial Close for East End Crossing

Nossaman was mentioned and quoted in the Infrastructure Investor article "Commercial close for East End Crossing."  The Firm's client, the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA), has announced commercial close on the East End Crossing project in Southern Indiana, which forms part of the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges project.  Financial close for the project is scheduled for the end of March 2013.

The article notes that the project met its target of commercial close by year-end.  Nossaman is quoted as saying this capped "an extraordinary procurement on an expedited pace, throughout which IFA met each and every interim schedule deadline, making IFA's East End Crossing procurement among the fastest P3 procurements in the US".
