IFA Ratifies Vinci Team as Preferred Bidder for East End Crossing

Nossaman was mentioned in the InfraAmericas article "IFA Ratifies Vinci Team as Preferred Bidder for East End Crossing."   The articled reported that the board of the Indiana Finance Authority ("IFA") unanimously ratified WVB East End Partners ("WVB"), a consortium comprised of Vinci Concessions, Bilfinger Berger and Walsh Investors, as the preferred bidder for the East End Crossing P3.  On November 16, 2012, the IFA selected WVB as the "Preferred Proposer" for IFA's East End Crossing project in southern Indiana.
