Profile on Katherine Edwards

Nossaman's Managing Partner George Joseph was quoted in the Daily Journal profile on employment mediator Katherine Edwards.  The article notes that Mr. Joseph has worked with Ms. Edwards on multiple mediations and investigations and he is quoted as saying that she has "incredibly thorough" investigative techniques, and he called her a "diligent" and "insightful" mediator. 

Mr. Joseph noted that during a recent mediation, Ms. Edwards spent quite a lot of time figuring out ways to restructure an employee's job after their initial mediation session. 

He continued, "She sorted through some very challenging issues…under very difficult circumstances.  She came up with some creative solutions."
