Nossaman Adds Canadian P3 Specialist

Nossaman Of Counsel Andrée Blais' move to Nossaman was featured in the P3 Bulletin article "Nossaman adds Canadian P3 specialist."

The article notes that Ms. Blais has joined the Infrastructure Practice Group, bringing "her extensive experience of P3 projects in Canada across a wide range of sectors, including social infrastructure schemes."

Nossaman Partner Patrick Harder is quoted, saying, "This is the ground floor of the US social infrastructure market. Andrée is going to step right in and help us define it." 

The publication also noted that Ms. Blais previously worked in the public sector for the Alberta government on a variety of P3 schemes.
