Preferred Bidder Selected for USD 840m Northwest Corridor P3

Nossaman was mentioned in the InfraAmericas article "Preferred bidder selected for USD 840m Northwest Corridor P3."  The articled reported that the Georgia State Transportation Board voted to accept Northwest Express Roadbuilders ("NWER") as preferred bidder for the Northwest Corridor P3 Project, which includes the extension of tolled managed lanes along Interstate 75 and Interstate 575 in the Atlanta metropolitan region.  NWER is comprised of Archer Western Contractors and The Hubbard Group.  Financial close for the project is expected later this year.

Nossaman was listed as the legal advisor for the Georgia Department of Transportation ("GDOT").
