Arizona DOT Appoints P3 Advisers

Nossaman is mentioned in the Infrastructure Journal article, "Arizona DOT appoints P3 advisers" as legal adviser to the Arizona Department of Transportation's (ADOT) upcoming P3 programme.  According to the article, Arizona is a relative latecomer to P3s - catching up with neighbouring states of Texas and California - and is currently preparing an initial list of criteria for potential projects that will be reviewed in 2011.  ADOT is open to unsolicited P3 proposals, despite a temporary suspension on tolled highway project proposals until its guidelines and policy framework are firmed up.
