Nossaman Partner Bill Pellman is mentioned in the Daily Journal article, "Council Halts City’s Work on Controversial Housing Project."

Mr. Pellman, who served as County Counsel of Los Angeles County prior to joining Nossaman, provided advice to LA City Councilman Greig Smith in relation to the contentious Las Lomas development. Councilman Greig Smith has called for a halt to the application process of developer Dan Palmer over the development, an approximately 550-acre property in the hills between the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys.
