Final proposals submitted for Texas toll road

Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group, is mentioned in the Infrastructure Journal article, "Final proposals submitted for Texas toll road," as the legal advisor to the Texas Department of Transportation. The Department announced they had received two proposals for the $2 billion North Tarrant Express managed lanes project. The article reported the Department expects four proposals on December 15 for the 21-mile I-635 managed lanes project, and intends to bring proposals for both projects to the transport commission at their January meeting.
