Nevada appoints legal advisers for PPP pilot

Geoff Yarema, Chair of Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group, is featured in the Infrastructure Journal article, "Nevada appoints legal advisors for PPP pilot." With Mr. Yarema at the helm, Nossaman has been named legal advisor for Nevada Department of Transportation's (NDOT) first ever public-private partnership (PPP). The firm is assisting NDOT in its procurement of the $1.4 billion project, which runs through Las Vegas.
