North Tarrant Express to reach commercial close

Nossaman is mentioned in the Infrastructure Journal article, "North Tarrant Express to reach commercial close."  The article reports that the US$2 billion North Tarrant Express toll road project in Texas is currently scheduled to reach commercial close next Tuesday May 26th.  A further three toll road projects in Texas are expected to reach commercial close in the near future, including: the IH 635 Managed Lanes, the DFW Connector, and the I-69/Trans-Texas Corridor 69. Nossaman is mentioned as legal advisor to the Texas Department of Transportation.
