Nossaman Merger

Nossaman is the focus of the Public Works Financing article, "Nossaman Merger." The article discusses Nossaman's July 1, 2008 merger with Washington, D.C.-based firm O'Connor & Hannan, which came about through several joint infrastructure new business proposals. The combined firm has over 150 attorneys and lobbyists in eight offices nationwide and will use the new legal name, Nossaman LLP, and in the DC office Nossaman LLP/O'Connor & Hannan. Along with adding to Nossaman's expertise in environmental issues and public-private partnerships, the merger is expected to benefit the firm's state Department of Transportation (DOT) clients as the highway bill reauthorization process goes before Congress next year.
