Second Georgia P3 due in early summer

Robert Lovell mentions Nossaman in the Infrastructure Journal article, "Second Georgia P3 due in early summer" as legal advisor to the Georgia DOT.  He reports that Department will issue an RFQ for its second P3 project - the Downtown Atlanta Multimodal Passenger Terminal (MMPT) in the next few months.   The project will be the region's major passenger terminal with facilities for new commuter rail and intercity rail services, including Amtrak, as well as intercity and regional express buses.  Click on the following link to learn more about Nossaman's Infrastructure practice.
