Texas extends deadline again for North Tarrant Express

Nossaman is mentioned in the Infrastructure Journal article, "Texas extends deadline again for North Tarrant Express" as an advisor to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). TxDOT has extended the deadline for submittal of final proposals to 17 November for the US$2 billion North Tarrant Express to allow the two bidders to refine their proposals. The decision came after the department consulted with the bidders, OHL Infrastructure and NTE Mobility Partners.
