Three Bidders Shortlisted for Presidio Parkway

Vanessa Buendia mentions Nossaman as Caltrans' legal advisor in the InfraAmericas article, "Three Bidders Shortlisted for Presidio Parkway."  She reports that the request for proposals is expected in May.  The deal is to be structured as an availability-based concession.
