Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group is mentioned in the Las Vegas Sun article, "Toll lane plans ready for Legislature to consider," as the legal advisor to the Nevada Department of Transportation. The Department is ready to ask the Legislature for permission to convert lanes on two heavily traveled highways in Clark County into toll roads. According to the article commuters could choose to use the lanes by paying a toll, which would be collected electronically based on the time in the express lanes and the distance traveled. The article reports that the Nevada Legislature opens February 2, 2009.
