Asally Adib-Samadian is a dedicated and versatile paralegal with more than 18 years of experience in legal services, operations and project management. With an extensive background in business affairs and regulatory licensing, she has worked closely with various levels of businesses ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, as well as C-suite executives, government regulators and law enforcement.

Asally provides legal support to counsel and clients on merger and acquisition matters as well as various finance, investment, real estate, alcohol beverage licensing, food facility/health permitting, environmental & land use, intellectual property, infrastructure, contracts and business development projects. Her experience also includes entity formations, corporate compliance and corporate operational oversight, such as governance requirements, drafting minutes, preparing certificates and regulatory filings.

Asally has extensive expertise in contract administration, including implementing software solutions, developing processes and templates, as well as reviewing, editing, negotiating and managing contract lifecycles.

Prior to joining Nossaman, Asally worked as an in-house paralegal and legal compliance director in the live entertainment, hospitality and restaurant industries.
