Brett Lakey is an experienced human resources and legal management professional with more than 10 years of experience working in human resources. He directs the day-to-day HR operations for the firm and has specific responsibility for firm-wide staff recruitment, development and retention initiatives and the management of various compliance programs.

Brett has earned a senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP) administered by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
