Chris Gordon

Christopher (Chris) Gordon assists clients with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases. Chris’ experience includes drafting purchase agreements and leases for commercial properties throughout the United States on behalf of investment groups, commercial landlords and national chains. He assists with drafting, negotiating and closing of joint venture transactions and works with commercial lenders to draft and review documents for permanent and securitized loans. In addition, Chris’ responsibilities included advising business owners on their legal liabilities and developing and implementing strategies, including acquiring new assets.

Throughout the years, Chris has led negotiations that resulted in major technology firms leasing Bay Area headquarters. Prior to joining Nossaman, Chris co-founded an AI PropTech company that focused on improving the muti-family search process through algorithmic and expert review. As CEO of the company, he spearheaded the development of the company’s proprietary algorithms and browser app, which served more than 20,000 users and delivered referrals to agents. He also engaged in all aspects of efforts to raise capital.
