Overview
Dana Harding advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex business transactions across sectors including private equity, healthcare and technology. Additionally, she has experience with corporate governance, ESG and corporate restructuring matters.
Dana’s practice includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing transaction and ancillary documentation for a range of corporate transactions. Dana’s corporate governance experience includes regulatory filings, drafting and amendment of organizational documents, drafting consents and the preparation of board briefing packs.
Dana has had significant experience with both U.S. and international transactions, having started her legal career as a corporate attorney at a top-six firm in Australia, where she advised clients on wide range of public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate governance.
Dana also has previously undertaken secondments with BHP and General Mills Australia where she advised on a range of commercial and corporate governance matters.
