Overview
Daniel Hitzfield represents and advises clients on all aspects of leasing, acquisition, disposition and financing matters for a broad spectrum of commercial real estate, ranging from restaurant and retail to office spaces and industrial warehouses. He has experience in structuring complicated transactions and negotiating contract formation and due diligence matters to manage a satisfying closing for all parties. Dovetailing with that real estate experience, he is practiced in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, including entity formation, conversion and dissolution, tenancy in common and joint venture agreements, membership interest and stock purchase agreements and acting as outside counsel on legal compliance and risk management.
