Our experience ranges from conventional, acquisition and construction lending, to permanent as well as mezzanine and bridge loans. We have represented dozens of borrowers in CMBS financings and have negotiated many interest rate hedging devices. In addition, we have represented borrowers in defeasing securitized loans, and buyers and sellers in the assumption of securitized loans.
Our attorneys have assisted with financing through syndications, REIT's, low-income housing and municipal (tax-exempt) financing and assessment bonds financing. Clients have benefited from our experience in the formation of improvements and assessment districts and in working with redevelopment and transportation agencies.
Additionally, we have documented both single asset and multiple asset financings and have structured co-investments with developers, asset managers and investment advisors. We also have represented governmental entities regarding bond financing, Federal and State loans and lines of credit, credit enhancement and development impact fees and fee credits.
