Overview

Tyler Leigh represents developers in commercial and residential acquisitions, joint ventures and financings.  Tyler’s experience includes drafting and reviewing transaction documents including private placement memoranda, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements and ancillary documents.

In addition, Tyler represents lenders in secured lending transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and construction financings. He has experience drafting loan agreements, credit agreements, security instruments, deeds of trust, promissory notes and assignments of leases and rents. Tyler also reviews commercial and industrial leases and drafts lease abstracts.
