Overview
Cameron Neubauer represents public agency clients with a primary focus on complex infrastructure projects, drawing on a strong foundation in commercial real estate to inform his work. He handles all transactional aspects of infrastructure development, including contract drafting, negotiations, procurement and financing. Cameron’s practice encompasses advising clients on large scale infrastructure projects, including alternative and design-build delivery methods – from planning through completion.
Prior to concentrating on infrastructure, Cameron’s practice centered on commercial real estate and development in the private sector, where he represented a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions, development and construction projects and project financing. This background provides practical, market-informed insight that enhances his infrastructure work.
Cameron also brings prior litigation experience in the construction, architecture, engineering and transportation industries, including disputes involving construction, business and real estate matters. He has served as pre-litigation counsel and represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and hearings. Additionally, Cameron also has experience advising individuals and entities on corporate formation and compliance.

San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) – Potrero Yards Modernization. Member of the legal team advising SFMTA on the procurement of a modern bus maintenance and storage facility equipped to serve the projected future needs of SFMTA’s new battery electric bus fleet, together with a mixed residential and commercial development at the 4.4 acre project site. Assisted lead attorneys with procurement phase and delivery of project.
Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) – Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project. Member of the legal team advising SCVWD on procurement and development of dam retrofit project. Assisted lead attorneys as needed with the procurement phase and delivery of project as a whole.
