John O'Meara handles matters concerning liability for environmental compliance issues and torts, including enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state or local regulators. He focuses on issues concerning complex contaminated site cleanup, greenhouse gas emissions and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
John has experience in various phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, defending and taking depositions, expert witness development, motions practice and oral advocacy. He also counsels clients with ESG efforts, due diligence, and internal investigations related to air, water or soil contamination.
