Lisa Beidleman has more than 15 years of experience assisting with real estate, corporate and other transactional matters. She is skilled in preparing closing documents and operating agreements, as well as in entity formation, maintenance and dissolution. Lisa has conducted title and survey reviews, development research and drafted summaries for attorneys.
Prior to her legal career, Lisa was a realtor and specialized in short sale and foreclosure transactions.
