Ming Chuang counsels health plans and providers on regulatory compliance matters. He has experience with laws and regulations related to telehealth, health care information technology, patient care collaborations, and physician compensation, including provider licensure, privacy and security, and compliance with fraud and abuse laws (including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law).
In addition, Ming has experience designing and implementing various corporate compliance policies and procedures for health plans and providers.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Ming worked at a nonprofit law firm where he advised various 501(c)(3) charitable organizations on corporate and tax matters, including anti-money laundering, tax exemption compliance, zoning regulations, and new market tax credit transactions.
During law school, Ming served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable William V. Gallo, Honorable Bernard G. Skomal, and Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
