Michelle Varady leads the Firm’s Talent Management department, overseeing all aspects of recruiting, professional development, succession planning, HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, legal compliance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). She serves on several committees, including the Executive, Retirement and DE&I committees.
With expertise spanning the entire employee life cycle, Michelle has led global talent teams within the legal and professional services industries. Recognized as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, Michelle is dedicated to cultivating high-performance cultures and fostering employee engagement. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and maintains certifications in HR and coaching.
