He has counted among his clients accountable care organizations, hospitals, healthcare districts, physicians and managed care providers. He routinely resolves their complicated issues concerning data analytics, quality, value-based purchasing, managed care, accountable care, precision medicine, informatics, patient-generated health data, mHealth, privacy and security. Additionally, he has led their internal investigations and advised on matters concerning corporate governance, executive and physician compensation, regulatory compliance and public-private partnerships.
