Overview
Ramy Simpson is a litigation attorney who focuses primarily on insurance recovery. He has experience participating in all phases of litigation, including trials, developing effective jury strategy, drafting and arguing pretrial motions, preparation of witnesses and taking and defending depositions.
Ramy was an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted violent felony cases, including attempted murders, armed robberies and sexual batteries.
