Patrick Harder and Yukiko Kojima spoke during the Public-Private Partnership Higher Education Summit on September 12-13 in San Diego, CA. This two-day program on the latest modes of campus infrastructure delivery focused on critical education, project management, procurement, financing, and networking for owners, industry, and an elite mix of facility planning, finance, and business officers engaged in P3.  

On September 12th, Patrick served as a panelist for "Looking to the Future: Puerto Rico’s Student Life and Public Safety Training Center Projects." This panel reviewed key features of ambitious P3 projects in Puerto Rico, some of the unique challenges that Puerto Rico is facing in delivering them, and how the P3 delivery model is providing additional tools to address them.

Yukiko participated as a panelist for "Comparing and Contrasting P3 Delivery Models in Higher Education" on September 13th. This panel discussed the myriad factors to be considered in selecting an optimal P3 delivery model for a project, given the varying needs and objectives of higher education institutions and their stakeholders.
