Barney Allison and Stephanie Kam spoke during the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships’ P3 Bootcamp on September 25, 2019 in Los Angeles, CA. Barney presented "The Framework of Public-Private Partnerships & First Steps in the Process" and Stephanie presented "Identifying and Developing a P3 Project."

The event, held at ARUP’s office, was an intensive one-day learning session designed to teach public- and private-sector leaders how public-private partnerships work and the proven strategies for assembling successful projects.
