Barney Allison served as a presenter during “Emerging Issues in Project Finance,” a webinar hosted by the Transportation Research Board (TRB) on November 18, 2019. The presentation provided viewers with federal perspectives on project finance using the TIFIA program, private equity considerations for investing in P3 transportation projects, “green” bonds and legal counsel’s perspectives on transportation project investments. Participants also had the opportunity to ask presenters questions during a Q&A session.
