Nossaman hosted an afternoon seminar with members of its Coastal Law practice, which included Bonnie Neely, former Chair of the California Coastal Commission; who provided an overview of best practices for navigating the coastal process, hot topics in coastal planning, recent and landmark coastal development cases, and issues pertaining to climate change, sea level rise, and shoreline protective devices.  Audience members also had the chance to participate in a Q&A session with panelists.
