DCPCs Bridge the Beltway Gap

Barney Allison and Brandon Nguyen published the article, “DCPCs Bridge the Beltway Gap” in the 2020 Global Infrastructure Report issued by Project Finance International (PFI). The article provides an overview of how a private contractor was able to raise $281 million in the US municipal bond market to finance the construction of Lincoln South Beltway, a new 11-mile east-west highway south of Lincoln, Nebraska. Barney is advising the Nebraska Department of Transportation on the project.
