Barney Allison Named to "Top 30 Real Estate Attorneys" List

Nossaman Partner Barney Allison has been named to the Daily Journal's "Top 30 Real Estate Attorneys" list featured in its August 15th Real Estate Supplement.

The Daily Journal included a broad cross section of attorneys in various practice areas that relate to real estate, property, land use, and infrastructure.  Mr. Allison's work with the California Department of Transportation on its $1.1 billion Presidio Parkway Project was highlighted by the Daily Journal.  As Mr. Allison mentioned in the article, this project was the first to be procured and financed under California's new public-private partnership law for transportation facilities.  The Daily Journal pointed out that Barney's success on the Presidio Parkway Project has paved the way for more public-private partnership projects throughout the state of California.
