Presidio Parkway Project Named "Americas P3 Deal of the Year"

Nossaman would like to congratulate the California Department of Transportation and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority for the Presidio Parkway Project's recognition as the "Americas P3 Deal of the Year" by Project Finance International.  Awards will be presented at the 2012 PFI Awards Dinner, taking place on January 30, 2013 at the Hilton in London. 

A Nossaman team, led by Barney Allison, advised Caltrans on the $1.1 billion deal, which will be the first transportation P3 in California under the recently enacted P3 statute, Streets and Highways Code section 143.  Presidio Parkway, along with the Port of Miami Tunnel, Florida's I-595 managed lanes, and the East End Crossing in southern Indiana, is the fourth highway project in the U.S. developed using an availability payment structure.
