Daily Journal's Top M&A Deals of 2012

The Daily Journal named HealthCare Partners' merger with DaVita Inc. as one of the "Top M&A Deals" of 2012.

Members of Nossaman's Healthcare and Corporate Practice Groups successfully represented HealthCare Partners, the country's largest operator of medical groups and physician networks, in the merger agreement with DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.  The $4.42 billion purchase price earned the fifth spot on the list.
