Nossaman Elevates Two To Partner In California


Los Angeles (March 6, 2018) – Nossaman LLP is pleased to announce that Liz Klebaner and Gina Nicholls have been elevated to Partnership in the Firm.

We are pleased that Liz and Gina are joining the Firm’s partnership, said George Joseph, Nossaman’s Managing Partner.  They both are fantastic representatives of Nossaman’s core values, and deeply committed to providing outstanding service to their clients. Congratulations to each of them.

Liz Klebaner is a member of the Environment and Land Use Practice Group in Nossaman’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. She advises public agency and development industry clients on environmental, land use, administrative law, energy and public utilities law matters, including California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Federal Land Policy Management Act, California Coastal Act, and Warren-Alquist State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Act compliance and litigation.  Ms. Klebaner received her B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Gina Nicholls is a member of the Water Practice Group in the Los Angeles office.  Ms. Nicholls has litigation, regulatory, and transactional experience.  Her practice focuses on water rights, litigation, and California public agencies.  She was named a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Star in 2016, 2017, and 2018.  Ms. Nicholls received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her undergraduate degree from M.I.T.
