Nossaman Litigation Partner Robert Adler Featured in Washington Post for Deborah Bryant Victory

Nossaman Litigation Practice Group Partner Robert Adler was featured in the Washington Post for his victory in the matter of  Deborah Jean Bryant v. the District of Columbia Department of Corrections (DOC). On October 8, 2017 D.C, officials agreed to pay $90,000 to settle the sexual discrimination case, on which Mr. Adler had been representing Ms. Bryant  since 1990. The Post had previously published a story on the case in June of 2017 that detailed Mr. Adler’s efforts to ensure Ms. Bryant received justice.
