In October 2016, following a Federal Court trial in Ohio, US District Judge Jack Zouhary entered judgment in favor of PM Engineered Solutions, Inc. ("PMES"), against plaintiff Bosal Industries. The initial judgment exceeded $200,000 in damages for breach of a contract to manufacture truck exhaust flanges, and Judge Zouhary authorized PMES to submit two applications for attorneys fees and costs: (1) pursuant to PMES' successful Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices claim; and (2) for sanctions due to Bosal's discovery misdeeds.  In August of 2017, the Court granted PMES' applications for fees and awarded PMES a total of $860,063.  The judgment and fee award are currently on appeal to the Sixth Circuit.  Nossaman Partner Henry Weinstock represented PM Engineered Solutions, Inc. in the case.
