Delta Predators

Nossaman Partner Paul Weiland was interviewed as part of the "Delta Predators" segment on KQED public radio this morning. The segment discusses striped bass predation of Delta Smelt, an endangered species of fish in the Sacramento/ San Joaquin Delta. Also, discussed is the impact legal battles surrounding the fish are having on the State Water Project and water supply throughout California. Nossaman represents the Coalition for a Sustainable Delta in the ongoing litigation. Mr. Weiland's comments begin at minute three in the segment.
