Gas-tax hike is no holiday for Congress

The Marketplace story "Gas-tax hike is no holiday for Congress" reports that Congress is considering raising the gas tax even after Senator McCain suggested a gas tax holiday.  The story quotes Mr. Yarema likening a gas tax increase to a Band-Aid on a deep wound, but saying "It is the most-conventional outcome.
