Lori Anne Dolqueist, Willis Hon Noted as Litigators of the Week for California Supreme Court Water Win

A Nossaman team led by Lori Anne Dolqueist, and including Willis Hon, was featured in Law.com’s “Litigators of the Week” (subscription needed) column for its win in the California Supreme Court in early July 2024.

The column noted the team was part of a group of attorneys who were victorious for “five water utility clients at the California Supreme Court in a challenge to a 2020 decision by the state’s Public Utilities Commission” and the court held “that the PUC failed to give adequate notice before eliminating the so-called ‘decoupling mechanism’ that allowed the utilities to charge for conservation efforts that could otherwise lead to revenue shortfalls.”
