SAN FRANCISCO (November 18, 2005) - Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP today announced the addition of Patricia M. de la Peña as an Associate in the firm's Austin office. Ms. de la Peña joins Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice from the Texas Department of Insurance where she worked with department staff to draft rules and propose legislation. As the State of Texas proceeds with its mission to develop infrastructure to 'keep Texas moving,' we have an ongoing need for talented lawyers to support our work here."
Ms. de la Peña received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
"Nossaman has an incredible reputation in the transportation industry. I'm looking forward to being part of a team that creates and implements innovative strategies to solve our country's growing transportation needs," said Patricia de la Peña.
