Voting Rights and Election Integrity at the Time of COVID-19

Veronica Gray, a Partner in our Employment Group and UCI Law Board of Visitors Member, hosted a virtual discussion between Chancellor’s Professor of Law and Political Science Rick Hasen and Professor of Lawyering Skills Henry Weinstein. The discussion spanned a number of topics under the banner of voting rights with a particular emphasis on election integrity in the time of COVID-19. This informative conversation ranged from absentee voter rights, vote by mail and electronic balloting to the limits of existing election infrastructure.
