Water Rights Work For Crystal Geyser Roxane Highlighted

A water rights matter that we provided counsel on was noted in the Mt. Shasta News story, “'A historic day': Weed strikes deal for water source after years long battle.”

Brad Kuhn and Gina Nicholls represented Crystal Geyser Roxane (CGR) on this matter. Through a purchase and sale agreement, the settlement helped guarantee water supply to the town of Weed, California, where CGR’s bottling facility is located in Siskiyou County, California.
