Overview
Andrew Jones focuses his practice on a broad range of complex litigation and transactional matters. He regularly works with public utilities to obtain the real property rights necessary for infrastructure projects, including the construction of new substations, expansion of existing substations and the development and maintenance of overhead and underground transmission and distribution lines.
Andrew is experienced in resolving disputes through pre-litigation negotiation and active litigation and has represented cities, school districts, public utilities and other entities throughout California in matters involving the acquisition of fee and easement interests. He also represents individual property owners in eminent domain litigation.
