Overview
Jennifer Fasulo represents policyholder clients in insurance recovery matters across a variety of industries and government and non-government entities. Jennifer has experience in all aspects of litigation, having previously specialized in criminal litigation and civil rights, prosecuting cases on behalf of the United States in courts across the country. Her experience includes developing investigative and trial strategies, drafting and arguing pretrial motions, preparing and interviewing witnesses, targets and victims and appearing before the court in hearings and trials.
Prior to entering private practice, Jennifer worked as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Criminal Section. While at the Department of Justice, she completed a 7-month detail at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. Following law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Lynn Leibovitz of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
