Sharon Jeong represents clients in various infrastructure projects, including transportation, energy and social infrastructure projects. With her extensive hands-on experience in the construction and energy sectors, Sharon provides strategic counsel to clients, guiding them through the development, construction and operation of complex infrastructure projects. She simplifies intricate legal matters associated with such projects, making them more accessible to clients.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Sharon worked at the Seoul, South Korea office of one of the world’s largest international law firms. She advised global companies in the energy sector and governmental agencies on complex transactions that involved multi-jurisdictional legal issues. Her expertise ranged from cross-border mergers and acquisitions to international government procurements.
Additionally, Sharon served as in-house counsel for a global construction company, where she played a key role in developing the company’s infrastructure projects worldwide. Before attending law school, Sharon worked in finance, specializing in project finance.
